Quit arguing, you lot. The game is good, but its a rogue-like with a hentai cover up. Yes, information is hard to find. It is intentionally hidden from the player to make it hard. As a rogue-like, id give it a 4/5 (too many mechanics are plainly hidden, and thats not a good thing, even in a rogue-like), but as a hentai game that would be 5/5 (great voice acting btw, and i dont mean the sex scenes, but the battle shouts; its extremely hard to get these right without sounding like me in the morning "hurrrrrrghhhh").

The reviews are spot on. The criticism isnt there some of the times, but thats because people get in there thinking its just another h-game, and dont take the time to learn the mechanics (remember my complaints when i first started? yeah).

Completed a virgin run in warden difficulty using agility stat, man it's really hard without save scumming and I had to rely flaunting for the debuffs.
Also, anyone knows how fatigue is calculated? does the number of enemies, number of turns and level of enemies have anything to do with it?

My guess, in battles gained fatigue is based on number of turns, you used to defeat enemies. More actions you do, more fatigue Karryn will be (but idk, how it works with sex builds, it seems different).
On side jobs, it depends of amount of time you worked.

You can be defeated and not resort to save scumming. Just retreat. Besides, the "defeat fight" will not end with penetration, if you keep your desires low (which you should always do on a virgin run, during battle, which means forsaking using Ki or Focus just to keep a desire down; sucks but thats how it has to be). As a rule of thumb: dont get into fights when youre over 50% fatigued, as thats when you can no longer retreat from a fight (im not even mentioning the stat penalties). Fighting a orange/red/purple named Lizardman, if you cant one shot him at the start of the fight, will usually dictate a retreat; especially when youre heavily (up to 49%) fatigued.

As for fatigue, im not sure on that, but it feels to me that the fatigue gain increases based on the level you are vs the level of enemies you fight. Dont think battle duration/turn count matters in this regard. There is, however, a direct correlation between fatigue and pleasure gain: the more fatigued you are, the quicker sadism will increase your pleasure. This can have a number of bad effects (low willpower regen + higher chance to fumble attacks when at high pleasure), bad passives included (orgasming mid-fight all the time does bad things to your stats, even if its unavoidable in some situations).

Just started playing the game. Opened successfully and played for a bit yesterday, but when I tried to play today

Don't create long paths like that, some programs and windows itself doesn't like it.
Move the game to a shorter path, something like C:\Users\UserName\Desktop\KP or C:\Games\KP.
Then run the game as administrator because Error: EPERM sounds like a permission problem to me.

Whats the passive that allows Karryn to strip off her clothes at the bed? If not the passive, the req? I seem to have messed up my game lol can't do that.

It's not in vanilla game, probably a feature of CCMod.

Pregnancy is a feature of CCMod, you'd get better support posting this in their discord channel.

Right... Does anyone Know how you are meant to install the CC Mod and its compatibility patch ?... As I have been trying everything (As been trying to use the CC mod pack with V 1.0.5 and it keeps throwing up errors saying failed to load map/Kinky_Tattoo_1.png)*, this is followed by Status/Window Uterus and Anus aswell...

*I am mod illiterate so...
