I just found an interesting mod on Twitter that is working to change the gender of the prisoners into females. It includes slime girls, goblin girls and human girls so far.
The art seems good enough and the new designs are more elaborated than just a genderbender. I don’t mind facing the slimes anymore

That's great, but my main worry is about the Differences between the art. But it's not that bad tho.
Same and it is hard to say, if it will be "bad" because they will also have to redraw all the Sex Scenes if they want to do Female on Female stuff.

Yes, that's a common issue when doing New Art for 2D games. Doing the new H Art from scratch will be a huge amount of work if they decide to do it in the same way as the original game (each body part, facial expression, fluids, clothes, etc individually. Plus separated in layers)
I wonder if they will choose to do it a Futa mod instead. It would make more sense with current KP mechanics
Can that mod already be downloaded in some current status, or is it currently just teaser pictures on twitter?

I'd never expect KP to be the Skyrim of hgames. tbf both have the same problem : the fans wants more so they help themself
