The problem was caused by some letters in the folder name. The interesting thing is that I haven't changed the folder name for 2 years and I've played this game with mods before. However, my problem is solved now. 900bs & Kenny567 thank you both for your help <3You're using my save file try deleting the save folder, maybe that's causing the issue, although it shouldn't prevent the mods from loading.
It’s really strange that the game isn’t detecting the mods. Try deleting the GuardPlay folder as well.
Also, in your game path, there's a folder named "IndirDagit" that might be the reason the game isn’t recognizing the mods.
Try renaming that folder to something using only Latin letters, like "game", "rpg", etc., without any special characters.
Yes, that too but in any case, it might cause errors, yet the game not detecting the mods at all is another issue.
For reference, the Administrative region settings in this post are why the special characters worked fine for me.

I believe that most mods that can alter karryn's appearance don't work with the P-cup. you should check the readme of the mods to verify which ones are compatible.

hi I just noticed that my karryn dont get the clothes removed no matter how much the enemies pull it off even without upgrades? I guess is one of the mods but I cant see which one. the one that have a menu are: Mod setting, Extra cut-in, Fast cut-in, CC mod, Deviancy, KP mod, minor option, Karryn Slutty. please if someone had the same problem help me.

"slutty" is mostly a cheat mod. You should learn more about what you are installing before actually installing them.
Get more endurance (increase your pleasure limit) & energy (able to tank more orgasm) training edict.
Lewd (sex) build is better with Endurance > Energy > Dexterity. There are passives that reduces energy penalty from orgasm which you ll get from having MORE orgasm. Also try to let enemies ejaculate in Karryn. You ll get passive with regen energy based on the amount semen she gets.
