Anyone else having the game crash on the first fight with yasu? After 2 attacks I get a message about an input not being png. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Download more RAM. On the serious note, close all other applications, as it says in the error. Are you playing on the laptop? 8GB RAM minimum to run properly.
EDIT: I looked around official discord and people are saying that "input is not png" is an error exclusive to the pirate version of the game. Is it compressed version by any chance? Or modded in some way?

I don't think so. I have 4 gb RAM and playing on laptop and i don't have issues fighting with Yasu. Maybe, he is running multiple applications, while playing this game.
Are you sure that this is an RAM issue? I mean the error says "Input file is not a PNG file!". That sounds like a different issue.

This game pretty much ticks all the boxes I like in a gangbang hentai, but I’m a bit surprised they never ventured into two in one hole penetration. Maybe it wouldn’t be as plausible for the orcs and yetis, but it would’ve been interesting to see with goblins and normal sized enemies.

Nope, this isn't a RAM issue.
OP is using a compressed version of the game which is broken.
The only way to "fix" it is by downloading the clean steam build which isn't modified in any way.
Ran into the exact same issue yesterday - i thought the compressed version was just image compression, but apparently also code has been changed?
Regardless for anyone else: You cannot use Compressed version and CC mod - they are incompatible (for now, i suppose)

No, it's due to certain types of images being incorrectly compressed into a different format. Like, the animated PNGs for example.

All of the sex scenes happen in battles. Even the side jobs are modified battles. If you beat the game with the "happy end," there's a place you can go in the prison to set up battles with whatever mix of enemies you want, and you can still do the side jobs.
