When order drops to zero (or below zero?
) you'll get a game over. You'll keep your titles though, and IIRC you even get a title for getting game over for the first time. Otherwise no.

It's been a long time since I've actually played this, but IIRC riots only disable your edicts on the respective floor and negatively affect order, again eventually leading towards a game over if you don't shut them down.
Btw, as I mentioned titles, you also get some for reaching certain days, the last I believe for spending a year in the prison (=365 days).
Game over is when order goes drops to zero (Bad end), there is two good end but the purity one doesn't let you go into freeplay mode after you beat the final boss.
There is a soft time limit (for normal and hard mode) until you beat floor 4 just before the final boss fight. It will gives -1 to control once the countdown ends and repeat the process. So eventually you end up losing more order than you can gain per day at some point. Rioting floor also penalize your order daily if you don't subdue them.
How do I get the enemies to stick all 3 toys in her? Is there an easier way to do this, or is this just randomized? Also, how to edit the save file to achieve this?

I have a question about the Grand Order title.
The counter doesn't seem to be progressing for me. I am stuck at 35/69 days even though I have tons of extra order earned every day and am at 99 order every morning. (I'm also working on Maker of Chains and Birthday Cake - currently at about day 180). I have cleared to the bottom of level 4 but haven't finished level 5. I do have 400+ passives so would it make sense to 'finish' the game and grind out the rest of the days in Happy Ending mode? I'm not sure if stats after that count to titles.
I appreciate any insight anyone can provide as to why my order days counter has stalled out. Thanks in advance.

Do you think your lovense was a worthwhile buy, whether for Karryn's Prison or otherwise? A toy for men just seems like a silly thing to buy when everyone gets the job done fine with a hand.
When you say all the DLCs, is that ALL the DLCs or just the chest size and the gym?
You need 100 order, so that means doing it before you beat the last boss. Freeplay will always be stuck at 99 order.
I cheese this and birthday cake by doing it in secretary mode, dont beat floor 1, raise order to 100 and just sleep away the days. Floor cant riot if it isn't subdued in the first place. With some title, you can raise control to 0 without beating beating floor 1.
guys do someone knows how to get semen urinal passive?, can you get it on free mode?, i am trying i have been using the surrender skill to get the scene where they rape you in the toilet but i never get the passive

Takes 12 times to get that passive, you can do it in freeplay (just drop your energy and stamina to zero in the bathroom sidejob).
