i had the same problem and solved it using an rpgmaker save editor, i had to disable 4 switches for her to open the door: Macky's Creep (527), Macky Shoe 1 (541), Macky Shoe 2 (542), Macky Shoe 3 (543)

On a more serious note though, to people experiencing bugs have you played from a fresh save/installation? I have run into 1 bug, and it wasn't gamebreaking. Still not done yet, but I just got finished with Bonnie. Haven't attempted Dixie/Macky/Beverly stuff yet but everything seems solid so far. Also I damn near SHIT myself when I saw the mushroom moving, I thought it was a lootable when I walked right next to it!

With Beverly the game won't let you ask her about her panties. You can't trigger the scene with Macky while she's patrolling at the College. Miki is missing a scene where she gives you a footjob and I think it's stopping from unlocking her lastest submission scenes.
This is why the Discord should be open for everybody. At least a part just reporting the bugs. I don't think the people in the Discord right now are enough to catch everything.

Also, there's something real awesome in an area slightly out of bounds, i was gonna tell it here, but upon exiting the area, there was a message saying "Dont tell anyone" so i'll just leave it at that
