It has been a while for me but I believe that once you have the last essence you will need to go to the back garden and interact with the door, This will trigger a cutscene.

Once that has been done, I think you will need to interact with Vhidna. Either that or interact with the grates to hunt Ennna.

The end of the update should be when you are back at the college and the quest message should say that you have reached the current end of content.

i actually think that what i have to do but when i go to the garden and interact whit the door and nothing happend. i seriusly dont know why my game is so broken.

I understand what's going on, I look at the wiki and it says there are five fragments, I reload to a previous save to do everything again, but there are only four fragments. why my game is so broken, there nothing i can do here.

In my defense, I actually had an issue where a character disappeared and I couldn't progress through the story, so I thought the same thing was happening here.

If you use your mouse to click on the "Menu" button at the top corner of the screen and then select "Help", there is a debug opiton that can fix most issues. You can also use the menu to fast travel and other useful things.

Sadly for that issue the game event broke and return to a previous point on the mission, making me unable to progress, the debug mode didn't do anything, but this one was totally my fault, I'm just blind.
