It's not a health issue, he's quite clearly still alive both on Discord and on the Wiki, he's just dodging absolutely everybody.
Either he's already aware any release he makes will be 3 decades too late, and is in a spiral loop of procrastination because of it, or he's fully doing an exit scam and is never planning to release any further versions.
for him to abandon the game before the legendary macky expansion is as messed up as it gets
