For those that love to read long theories about this game i made this.

One of my favourite minor creepy moments is the message you get when you (first?) try to meditate on Bonnie's essence. Really makes you feel like something is different or wrong about her.

The "stare at feet" option doesn't trigger any particular scene with her. Idk if that's how it's supposed to be or if I'm missing something.
If this is referring to Peng, then select that option about 3 times, then Peng will mention something about “You’re REALLY dedicated to your ‘mission’ huh?” And will initiate a grab with stomping and sock torture.

It may take 2-3 fights of staring at feet to do so.

Alrighty, one: great writeup, it's about time we've had a good, comprehensive record of the differences across the paths. Two, quite a bit of stuff to strongly agree with here, though I've got my share of objections to raise here and there, let's dig in

Thanks for the reaction its always nice to see someone else look at my theories and bring up any inconsitancies or doubts they have that i might not have seen. My path analysis is quite compact and incomplete but i felt like yapping for another essay long part would be a bit too much. I might make one in the future while not going too in deep on what i written before to just get a nice timeline going.

So it happens randomically? Meh... Well, thanks for clarifying that anyway (y)

I HATE THIS VIRUS CALLED VELT SO MUCH!!! She keeps attacking me every time I enter a new room! And she is invincible! Is there a way of getting rid of that stupid leech? I mean, I know she will drain some of my energy, and I have to quickly advance in the main plot, but she appears too often.

Just cheat your stats. Since balancing in this game is iffy anyway theres no hurt in buffing your character up with a save editor.

I already do that but I am not able to change my level only my stats and making Velt 0HP isn't a problem. Problem is the fact that she keeps attacking even after he HP hits 0
If you have high stats you shouldnt lose though? Are you running decent armor? A good weapon? I recomend infusing your weapons with biting blue gravers while having the krystal mode on to glasscannon bosses etc. Using the snow element is also recomended imo.

The problem is Velt is a boss that you literally cannot defeat; she doesn't lose no matter how much damage she gets. I do 15k damage per turn on average, 40k damage when I have enough RE. I already hate the fact that we cant skip scenes, but being forced to endure her 5 minutes long grabbing scenes is an literal torture.

Verl has immunity to knockout. Which is the status enemies get that tells the game "this enemy's HP is 0, so they lost the battle". It's unwinnable by default. Either run (if you can, there are certain time swhere you can't) or... accept a loss. Dragging the fight along more causes Verl to continuously drain your stats (permanently; they can be bought back from Damna though. For a massive price of Pennies, Energy - aka exp, or Levels).

...And since Verl drains levels AND max levels... it's much better to not drag on fights more than necessary.
