based on what ive seen in this thread, im assuming the new update is disappointing from a story perspective.

My legit greatest fear

Not surprised that people are finding the new update disappointing.
Don't need to play it to know that an update that was only supposed to take about 6 months to make is not gonna land well when it actually takes almost a year and a half with multiple fake-out release dates and stretches of radio silence.

3 very very incomplete boss fights with about 3 scenes each (no kneel, crawl,beg, mindbreaks, "stares" or seductions)

Agreed that was the biggest let down of the update for me.. as those (stare/crawl) aspects were my favorite part of the game and what made it truly a one of a kind compared to TOT and the others. Fingers crossed they are added into the gameplay next update.

I just hope Teary actually develops on things, instead of keeping adding more concepts into the game, as of right now, Katalist is basically all build up and not really any pay off.... although I have not played the newest update because I'd rather wait for the less buggy version, so who knows what he did there.

Anyway what I'm saying is please include more murders, I wanna take the murder pill

Edit: But i wanna choose to kill people, none of this off-screening crap, I want to look at my victims eyes before slaughtering them and then going to my home, where my two beautiful wives, Alex and Serenata are at, and then tell them how much I love them

If it makes a difference, I was able to finish the game without a single bug, error or glitch

Whats worse is the length, we got pure story update, filled with incomplete fights/characters, that means if they are improved or developed more we would have go back to them

Most of those characters had already been "removed" and at least three of them are confirmed to come back eventually.

I haven't played the update yet but there has to be something odd about complaining about a lack of content and also admitting to solely rushing through the main story.

When? because I think it was nearly 2 years ago Miki was removed and she hasnt came back yet, I would prefer it to happen while I am still able to maintain an erection

extract this and drop it into your game folder, itll decrypt all the pictures, it works with any RPG maker game

First download is for RPG Maker,
Second download is a save editor
Third is for whatever game engine ToT uses

idk why it says virus, so trust it or dont idc lol

hello friends, im a writer. not published just yet but i am quite good at it, i want to bring light to what teary has been doing. teary has good ideas, creative worlds etc. however, his ability to actually write an interesting story isnt great... he uses a technique that many "good writers" use, it makes you look genius despite actually only having good ideas. this technique makes use of suggestive writing, aka adding stuff that suggests interesting additions to the plot, but only if the fans link those things together. for example, we have reason to believe that the niht are linked with vhidna in some idiosyncratic way, this link made by her wine found in the mines. this Suggests, that she knows more than she leads on, however this may be the case. teary isnt skilled enough to actually link the 2 in a proper way. the fans come up with interesting ideas that are coherent from a narrative perspective, but teary's actual idea is much less interesting. he keeps things vague so that people will make their ideal story within the vagueness, when it actually gets revealed it usually disappointing. based on what ive seen in this thread, im assuming the new update is disappointing from a story perspective.

Judging the way you actually write and structure your sentences, without adding any paragraphs, you are without a doubt the biggest clown in this thread. Also, ever heard of larger letters, Mr. Writer?

No need for all of this bro i got you covered, here's a way easier solution, without needing to download some shady stuff or do complicated manipulations, here's the decrypter i used, i found it on another thread.

Just click select files, and go into the picture files, then select the pictures, then click on restoring pictures on the site(its the green bar under select files)
