No, it won't be optional, 3Diddly already answered it;
"Some of you have asked me whether it was possible to make breast augmentation optional. Unfortunately, if it were to be implemented, it would be pretty much impossible to make it optional. I would have to double all the renders that I do, and would make release times a lot longer.
It is possible to make the breasts bigger only for the corruption route, since I do 2 completely different sets of renders anyways for the 2 routes. This is the only alternative for a compromise. Please take this into account for your votes."

We haven't seen Brian that much, but I wonder what has happened since his time in prison he might know what Katie's boss has in store for her, but he's forced to witness her descend into corruption.
I's just a thought since Mark in "Hannah" didn't have much say in the matter either and had to helplessly see Hannah transform into what she became.

We'll maybe get it closer to the 1.12 release so the patrons get a fair deal for paying the premium or whatever.
that is only recently that that was happening as before we were getting updates within 24 hours. honestly pirating has been around since the 80's... nothing new just now people expect it to happen every time, the second it comes out. sigh

maybe i'm one of those european racists, but is this big-ugly-fake-tits-think a us-american fetish?

I prefer smaller, but even bigger boobs are hot if the body shape fits the size. Thats why I dislike a lot of the humongous sized breasts in a lot of these games because usually they make the woman look disfigured by giving her a small body frame.
