You find the game ID with the thomastaihei website. So it'd be like "h-game [ID]", in this case would be 2283, then you go to the download link, find the folder with that ID and download that folder.

That one is slightly unclear, I also got lost doing it. There is an exit from the quarry that is not the way you came in. At the bottom of the big room IIRC.

I might be stupid but how do you deal with an H counter-attack? I've tried holding the button that appears and rapidly tapping it but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Pretty sure you have to hold the button down, just can take a while for the counter attack to finish
