I might be stupid but how do you deal with an H counter-attack? I've tried holding the button that appears and rapidly tapping it but it doesn't seem to do anything.

Holding down the indicated button reduces the enemy counter-attack damage but does not block it entirely. It does make a big difference, but might not always depending on the difference between your stats and how much stamina you have during counter-attack (get more in the SEXP tree). One of probably the only misses in this game was not including a timer in the counter-attack scenes. They do end eventually, usually after 3 rounds of button change.

I had a lot of crashes mostly in combat can anybody have a clue about it?
