My side quests aren't unlocking (i am at chapter 3 with only the first side quest unlocked). I get the messsage saying that the side quest is unlocked but i can't see them in the side quest selection menu. Anyone know how to make it work ? (ps : i downloaded the english version of the game)

You mean those side missions? You can play them once you've gathered all the members.

The panty thief is very agile. He robs panties on the third floor. You just need to shout right where he is. Game acknowledges you found the thief.
