Is the bug where when we start the quest known as the new gang doesn't repeat g******* scene every time we go down to meet the Thieves Guild

i've currently spent about 10 minutes copy/pasting/renaming random files to replace all of the missing files so the game will run and i have not made it past the opening cutscene yet

I do agree it is a shame that such content is missing in this game after all the content he made before
