Unless it's different than last time I played that section (the last time or two I took a different way to the ending), the song lyrics are on the screen. It's just a massive typing session where you finish what's there, hit enter, and keep repeating since it goes on for a while.

I've heard this asked before which makes me wonder if I didn't make it as clear as I meant to. Any suggestions for how to instruct players a bit better here? Each successful submission will lower her hp by 1. You can stop typing when you get it to 0.
The issue is ... i completed the song but how many words I'm supposed to write? Nothing is telling you if you do well or not. I tried with the song name same no hint if it's well or not.
My first thought was to complete the sentence but when I did she continued the song, repeating exactly what I just wrote, so it made me think it wasn't about completing it ...

Thanks for letting me know, I have to process this for a bit to see how I gave those impressions.
The most simple way I can put it is that it's lots of prompts that share a single timer, you just do them one at a time as they come up.
Hey, indyc. I was just wondering about how preferences work. I know that skin colour and breast size affect the final boss, but I'm not too sure what age and hair colour do. Cheers.

Not all preferences currently affect the final boss. The ones that do are:

I don't know if I've found two bugs or if I'm just not fully understanding the scenarios but:
Maybe-bug 1:
Eva Elfies beach scene (Where your computer starts "not working") she always says `looks like you didnt manage to get it back online but at least its still standing I wouldn't want to take all your files` no matter how many files I go into the scenario with i.e. using the genie in the first level to get as many extra as I can + using what hacks I can to add more before I arrive to that scenario +/- also adding godmode's extra files to it, she will ALWAYS run away saying "looks like you didnt manage to get it back online but its still standing" and I wouldn't want to "take all your files" early in the scene. I've also tried it with various levels of corruption / clothing states / one or two previous deaths and the scene always ends early
Edit: a very well timed strip command will hop you one slate past where the scene would normally get you the ` I guess you never got that system back online but at least it's still standing! ` ` I don't know how I would feel about deleting ALL of your files while you are so helpless. ` THEN: The impatience timer will force it onto the next slate again, BUT, clicking to move to the next slate it'll snap back to giving you that system not online ending
Maybe-bug 2:
Mall level: Lady with a heart tatoo on her hand that asks you to come to the fountain with her for a better view, on her final slate she'll always ask you to buy her more things otherwise she won't stick around but there's never a buy things prompt on this window and she will always tell you that's a shame and bundle her stuff up and leave making it so there's no way to keep the scene going, I dont know if the scenes actually meant to end here or there's a missing `buy something for her prompt` that should be here

Though I never know exactly for sure how I meant to set it up (I try to keep some surprises for myself when I revisit them months later), I'm pretty sure you were definitely onto something here. I just changed about 10 variables here to extend the scene by at least a third and hope I didn't mess up a previous intention.
I was planning to post a new version within the next month or so I might bundle it with that. I can PM you a patched json if you wish but it will break all of your saves and might not work well with 3.03/3.04 (part of the reason I haven't released a new official version in a while).
Unfortunately that line about buying her more stuff was just meant to be a "maybe" that doesn't pan out this time. I could always add onto it in the future and wouldn't mind throwing a bit more of her out there.

I can't remember honestly, bugfixes no doubt. New content would be part of a separate release.

Edit: One other thing I'd like to ask is that: In the first tier of zones in the school area there's a redhead girl you do a project with that says she'd see you again later, then in the later zones she's in the nightclub zones in gogo boots and she says she'd like to meet up later again for more, however I've never found a third instance for her, am I missing her or does she lack a third scene where you do more?
Also for the DJ Boss in the nightclub zone, the boss will say you'll get to do more if you get the volume high enough but I've never found a combination that brings you to any further point than that, is that one intentional too or am I missing something on that one. Thank you again though for responding

I sent the patch just now.
The redhead saying she will see you again is also in the Hospital if I remember correctly. I could use her again later but haven't done so yet.
The DJ boss unfortunately doesn't have any physical galleries out there so she's just talk for the time being.

Honestly Keystroke was my "answer" to hero corruption. While I think HC was always brimming with potential, I personally didn't like how memory and luck were more important than any actual decision you made. I also wasn't the biggest fan of the grind and all of the new content being lategame content (meaning you needed to regrind the first 10 or so encounters 95% of your time)
While you are right that certain things are easier to pull off than others, sadly no game design is "easy" to do haha. I'm also the type of person that has to make something unique to be excited to work on it.
While it doesn't use real images, my third game that I've worked on for almost 2 years now was built to solely use one hand the entire time. (though sadly for some that one hand is your mouse hand...) Fall of Haven is still not "there" yet but if I can pull it off miraculously, it should be pretty unique and substantial. I'm hoping for it to be a relative gamechanger if nothing else but to stay motivated through all the issues.
I agree with the grind opinion. BUT if you know how to mod it, then you can eliminate the grind and then set your stats to where it can be challenging again. thats what i did after a few tries.
for me, i always prefer BF games, but with the setup of a Kinky Fight Club style. create your own male or female. make them weak or strong. and have a BF tournament.
Also i always wanted the hero to have some finishing moves to choose from. HC2 didnt have that.

The grind of knowing when to move to the next area of HC2 is the only real gatekeeping once you get used to it. And the difference making gear being tied to bosses can be mildly frustrating, since it's one chance to get them if that boss happens to be available this run. Still fun in a roguelite way, but some runs are just doomed to extra grind compared to others. A little luck can make runs super easy too.
Keystroke and TotS scratches a different itch though. How much can I be tempted to enjoy vs. winning is an interesting gameplay design that isn't explored enough in games. Not going to work for everyone obviously, but it creates a new gameplay loop I hope more devs take note of and experiment with.

With HC2 i loved some of the fights. but others, were just doing nothing for me.
a few fights had the woman only really playing games with you, and didnt really do anything offensive. others would just talk to you and not attack. that was awful. Bonnie (1st fight) Sophie (wanted to just stretch) and all the fairy events, hated those.
my favorite battles were Liz, Nicole, and Allie.
Foreplay until lust meter rises then they use their favorite move on you. and its tough to get free from it. stat depending of course. whats missing for me, is a tournament mode, where we can create multiple heroes and choose our favorite opponents, and sex battle to see who is the last one standing. stuff like that would make the game so much more replayable. and an Auto Battle to see how far a creation of yours can go. thats my kind of thing in BF games.
