I installed the fonts and no change. I also tried to start it in japanese local mode just for fun in another try and that didn't help either on my end.

There may be some. I'm not quite sure. In the beginning the main character was referred to by both male and female pronouns (I think...) The dialogue feels like it was run through google translate several times, it's hard to understand what people are saying most of the time, or at whom any statement is directed. And that is when the dialogue is translated at all; none of the weapons (at least at the start) have English names. I tried playing this because I'm a trash addict, but this game seems too pungent, even for my tastes. If I could understand what the hell anyone was saying I'd be willing to give it another go.
Here is the game's plot (or at least what little of it I could follow). The Elf princess was turned into a futa by an imp sent by "The Great Satan"; said imp was sent to kill(?) the main character, for some reason, but the kill spell hit the princess when she ran between the mc and the imp, then the spell gave her a shlong instead of a headstone. Now you have to save the princess from the horny or else something bad will happen, I think. I can't follow much when many have confuse d urin-g fun of the time game joy. Sudden attack foolish of the up eat the die! CHEESE! Yes, sir! Punch the door frame him he did when the war began over the pond marker always the lock, yes... FUFUFUFUFUFUFUFUFU!
Nah the main character is a futa(or at least is female with the ability to turn into one) as well the machine translation just fucked up because it doesn't have the ability to maintain context and defaulted to male sometimes. The game even has a bit where the main character complains about the princess calling her flat chested and there are sex scenes where the main character clearly has both a dick and a vagina.
If I recall, both the main character and the elf are female, but there's an item (some sort of parasite?) that allows them to temporarily be futas.

First game translation project is almost done. I won't edit the training event too much because It is way too long like 1000 lines. and there is one line that i can't find how to translate it.
