I have played as far as i can and so far the game is decent there is not much in the way of actual sex so far but what i have seen and played gives much promise

Had a close family member die.
Really, people that put work on Patreon need to go see a witchdoctor to protect themselves. There isn't a XXX Patreon that hasn't had someone die, got sick, had their computer or house blow up or died themselves, several times.

Just open up the console command by pressing shift+O and type get_naked_level = 5
you probably missed the third one. One of the star dialogues only appears at exactly 25 sluttiness. So if you did a different action to move from 25 to 26, or didn't have the other pre-requisites, you miss it.
