Pretty bad, it gets many locations of the setting wrong and they switch character names.

I haven't followed their blog posts in about 4 of 5 months but that was what we last heard. A Chinese translation was done and English was next. No idea who given recent events I wouldn't be surprised if it's Kagura Games

honestly same, I played it yesterday to see how bad it was and it was BAD, playable but not good enough to appreciate the story at all

I wanted to play it before playing demon root but there are too much graphic bug. A lot of "dark" character picture. And some times, black screen. So sorry, i will just play the prequel. Hope it will be fixed.

The MTL is bad so honestly you'll have a better grasp of the story by playing Demon Roots first

I believe there is a fan patch that fixes a lot of the bugs the group that made the mtl introduced to the game, but I can't recall where the link was. Probably off the steam page for the game (the game itself is no longer on the store but there should still be links to guides and the like). And nothing fixes the bad mtl atm, so may be worth waiting anyhow.

Wow they weren't kidding when they said this game crash a lot. Constantly having to be saving because you don't know when or in what scene the game will crash.
