As long as they're using a standard filehoster (Mega, Mediafire, what have you) that's pretty unlikely - they'd have to upload the whole thing for each patron.

I mean, I usually make a bunch of different saves at key points and at dialogue choices and then just reload those to see if I get anything new. And then I extract the images. I consider that one playthrough. You can easily miss stuff in a game with this many choices. I had no idea you could beat and fuck Lutvrog before extracting the images.
