There is still a good 18 hours left of the deadline. And i kind of remember a few cases where they followed the idea of "the new day hasn't dawned yet, so 4 AM next day sill counts".
Naturally this is all if their programer wasn't too knocked out by that vaccine shot (which is possible).
I don't want to sound negative here. I'm kind of hyped and i want to keep myself inline with reality too.

Their stated reason was pacing based but it coincidently coincided with patreon's changes so people figure that it was probably that and the devs just tried to come up with a different justification.

tricky hreinn games changed how time works just so that they can delay things for an extra day for no good reason smh

It's alright. I tried to be positive with all of this, too, and yet, pessimism took the better of me -- either that a good thing or a bad thing. You know, seeing how this has become their modus operandi for a good couple of years.
saw 9.3 version CG ,how do i get these scenes,or they were deleted like the r@pe scene at the start of the game?

They are apart of the bonus packs, so they are seperate from the main game.

One thing to keep in mind here is that even though they're NA based, we don't know where in NA they're located. For example if they're based in Hawaii, that's UTC -10. So don't stress I guess :^)
I think they're west coast, the last few releases I can recall were later in the day west coast time.

I wonder what makes you all so certain the update will drop today, despite all prior evidence pointing to the contrary. I wouldn't (I won't) wait up.
Nobody is certain, but this is the first day since april where we have a chance at all. Staying up just for this is probaby not a good idea just as you said, but everyone have been looking forward to this update. With excitement, anticipation, hopes, sarcasm, distrust. Pick the one or all that suits you and join us, because "why not?". That's the only thing we could do since january anyway.
