I actually like Ylva as a character, and thought she brought some variety to the cast back when the game was actually interested in having a story. Since the writing has completely refocused on porn she feels a bit extra and out of place though, and I'm not really interested in Ylva h scenes compared to the other girls.

Patron release of 0.13.0 Ylva Quest
Hey guys!

So as we said in the previous post we have decided to start releasing each quest individually as we finish it, and we have finished a few already. In order not to drag out completed content until everything is done, for the future.
We feel this would be for the best as our quests have become very large as years passed by, some of them bigger than previous solo updates so we would just switch to releasing stuff one by one as its completed and not delaying them anymore for one release. This would help show progress we have made, plus not make such big gabs between content release.

First we are releasing the Ylva quest, it will be released as we usually do, first to the 15$ + patrons, in 3 days to the 5$ and then the public after as usual.

They Ylva quest itself has 25 631 words in total, it has 11 465 in scenes writing alone, and it has 17 scenes for the 3 possible routes. The routes are sub,dom and ally to the shaman.

In a few days we will release the Vehlis quest which comes after and is close to the same size and after that, a quest that happens in the human lands which has the biggest and new modular CG, we made for all future tavern content. There are also a few repeatable quest chains we have completed.

Here are your download links for the Ylva quest, the next quests will be released in the upcoming days as we test this new method of doing things.

Thank you for the share! I am rather curious what they've been cooking for so long, but I have a bad feeling about another goalpost being moved. Since you are a backer, what is your read on the room? Do patrons like how things are going? Are they fine with it, or show some form of displeasure like the posts do in here?

By default if you have everything completed in last patch, you rest in your tent, than look for Ylva at the middle of the main camp.

Yeah... This is shit. Without Sierra this is getting nowhere. Very few scenes, but a lot of repetitive CGs, which is boooring. And they are sloooowwwwww to update.

I think by and large you can play the game dick free, however you can really only play dominant and I would recommend not siding with the captain named Tekrok, as much penis is involved.

If you'd like an unsolicited opinion, most of them / us (I suppose) are happy that there's anything at all, good to hear that new things are coming. Between updates there are occasional / low-frequency 'when is the next update coming?', usually well met.

I do know of one time... a fortnight ago? Perhaps a little longer. I flicked open discord one day (only use it to check Patreon / Subscriber star messages) and there was something of a spat going on. Turns out someone asked why updates weren't quicker, but in a way that was both rather demanding an answer, and being courteous at the same time. Nomo I think gave a fair answer at which point the asker became a bit of a knob - key point was along the lines of 'my friend's an artist and I told them about it and they think they could do it quicker.'

It didn't go down well.

That said Nomo can take the piss like a champ, which is nice to know about someone. It really only became uncomfortable when one or two other supporters did jump in and go for this guy's throat, which bothered me for two reasons:

1) Nomo, the intended recipient, had tings well in hand.
2) It bothers me on many... 'indirect' forums, such as f95, when individuals have a go at people they have no recent, fairly intimate knowledge of, so when someone (not recently) on the forum here bangs on about how they are or were or used to be, and counters those 'rabid fanboy defender', it irks me because I've never seen it happen. So then of course I see it happen and wonder 'why are you such dicks? You're proving the other knobs right.' The answer's simple (usually passion but in some extreme cases it's the sunk cost fallacy) but that's beside the point.

But to answer your question: we're just happy they're releasing stuff.

In practice they abandoned it over a year ago. Everything since then has been the absolute minimum to keep the money coming in.

Kinda ready for this game to be done so the creator can move onto other projects. This doesn't really satisfy the same way that noxian nights did (I think mostly because of the amount of grinding and time between scenes) and its been in development for what feels like 5 years now.

Noxian Night also had varied content and kept it's plot moving forward, also somehow the smaller cast in that game had more interactions with other characters than in this game if we scale by amount of content/dialogue.
