Holy shit, preview images did not prepare me for what this game was. Morbid curiosity led me to the end scene and wow that was certainly something lmao.

reached the first day of them to start working but no progress. Quest log say to visit them at night after the working day, when switch to night there is a text saying they earned 0 gold, and that's it - no action on the girls door or the stat screen. waited for 10 days and still 0.

You need to click the picture of the girls at the middle top of the screen during the day, then click the interlocked hearts in the lower corners to assign them to work. If the hearts aren't there, skip time and check again as the day/night cycle seems to be buggy or something.

i was admittedly a little snippy; i apologize. let me elaborate:

what you said wasn't offensive so much as it represents the most dangerous kind of misinformation. it's info that sounds plausible, confirms popular biases, but doesn't actually clarify whether it's substantiated in any way.

if somebody says "black people commit more crimes than other races in the US", that aligns with what most people likely already assume, AND it sounds like something nobody would be willing to say without being fully confident they could back up their claim. statements like that are suggestive, and enable people to go "ah, i sort of felt like that might be the case but never actually looked it up", cementing a baseless opinion into something they will present as a statement of fact to other people.

making generalizations is fine, normal, and unavoidable. just be careful about throwing them around without clarifying what they are, lest people misinterpret them as "proof" of whatever they want to believe
