1. The hidden grotto near the Moonlight Chapel
2. Purchased in the shop for 20G
3. There's a guarded chest in the Tavern. In the evening go to the Tavern. The guard will have moved and you can access the chest.

The beautiful massage expert has new techniques that she can share. That is, if she has the proper ingredients to make her special oil, of course! To progress her story, talk with her whenever she's working at the Royal Bath House in the northwest part of Valencia Courtyard.
