There is nothing you can do or need to do. Her personal quest is still registered as done. I have the same issue on my file. As long as the individual quest is under the completed section then you are good. Which looking at your other screenshots looks like it is.

You already done fully corrupted Human Nun Mary.
I have that quest too and only i care see those scenes with Mary etc.

You can´t fix it. Its regarding bug for quest

3+2+4 scenes so. Already fully Corrupted

Secondly Game Developer didn´t make Queen Selvana prologues talkin scenes
we need to wait Months for talkin Queen Selvana.
But we have side quests. Side Characters and fully corrupted them too.

Honestly, the fact that the PC's mom is goblin royalty took me entirely by surprise when this update was teased.

fight the fortress level up your character or just choose my route navigate to exit fortress
proceed other stuff on game. When you first time pass through fortress you can just press 2nd time = pass through

I played through 23.1 with little issue. But 24.1 probably isn't any more stable given its a half update
