In the upper left corner of the screen there is a time indicator. You can use it time skip. If you use both it and sleep several times and still doesn't work, it's a bug.

I know Nergal isn't interested in adding preggo content but this game is literally the best candidate for that since the whole point is to ruin their social standing and make them be fully dependent on you.
