Is a bug of course, the way I did it is reloading a save after this happen and proceed to do other quest and level up a little bit, then the queen will let you proceed with this quest and since her dialoge change, this bug will not appear again.

Lucille and Titania quests causes black screen bug. The game is currently impossible to beat, is the developer even trying to fix this?

i still have the bug where when you pick a character like the dragon milf i see her at the front gate but then she turns in to a little female goblin.

You need to increase the corruption of the city more.

Every 2 months, so next update is in Janurary

Presumably this means Marina will be completed in January or February, they just forgot to add her to the picture.
