Is there a way to download files bigger than 1gb without paying? The vpn method doesnt work for me

Emm, is MEga blocked in your country? Just in my country, download limited by 4 gb. And i have dinamic ip address, what allow change it quickly: turn off router, wait 1 minute and turn on.

Here the limit is just 1gb (900mb, last time I checked) and apparently it doesnt reset every day anymore.

The city corruption has no correlation with Lucille's questline. Check the quest log it will tell you what you need to do.

Can't find Calypso in Solare? Is it bugged

Edit: Looks like the town was still in a event trigger with Lucille, was able to move forward by ticking calypso's event trigger to "2" with cheat engine

Lucille has nothing to do with the city. The only one who does is Yennay.
