how do you get the new last images blue and red dress i keep drinking with them nothing happens

It happened to me when I had that district at max corruption

For me, they appear with a black heart after some drinks:



It may also be triggered by the corruption level of the place.

Can't trigger the noble women scene, black hearts and max corruption in the district, any help?

When I enter the sever home of Gobboe for her last oathbreaker quest the screen flashes a few time and then fades to black. I can't progress, any ideas?
Edit: Same thing with the Vulsha Oathbreaker scene in the orc camp: just a black screen and nothing else.
