its moved to the login. so when u create a character, change the "DIFF" (difficulty)
use the mouse above the DIFF-field, and click left or right to change. u have easy, hard and noob(gallery unlock).
u can still "buy" medals from ms record. now they are removable as well.

That would be Cutie and you'll meet her once you are given Sanctuary in Elluel and Ellinia. You can't miss it.
Like baka said, just start a new game and select the Difficulty for it and then it'll auto pop. We figured this was best since most were creating new games for the Gallery Unlock anyways. This is just in the off chance you do play the game after the unlock.
lol yeah I've done that before with one of the side bosses for a Domain Trial.

Oops, forgot to quote you. To solve it, read the hint before hand and just click the Icon that matches it. It's the same Icon every time so even if it does repeat, you can solve it by seeing which Icon sticks around

It's not there i even used a potion of detection. Im going to attach my save file if you can look to see if i'm blind or maybe there is a potential error.

Looks like you found them all. Head to the Airport and the far left portal. That's The Thieves Guild.
I'll make an extra note in the tracker that you need to head to The Airport
is... the scientist just supposed to be extremely weak? I wasn't even buffed this time... Maybe I am a bit over-leveled and over-geared..

He can be but he's also the first real villain of the game and will introduce a few mechanics like Clones or Powered Mode during the finale
issue there is that he never got to attack as I oneshot him the first encounter and the finale

the weird grammar issues, the misspellings, the wrong words... none of it soiled the moments. I think that is insane, the emotions and the intent just carry it so far beyond that my mind instantly is able to either completely just intuit the intention or near instantly replace it with the corrections. By all accounts it should make it worse but god fucking damn this shit is written with love and it just makes it not matter.
I'm actually in love with this game and has become a huge hyperfixation and I'm scared to be caught up on content because waiting for updates might ruin my experience. I don't want to return only to have forgotten so many things about it.

Thank you kindly for the amazing words! The writing is something I've always prided myself on and seeing people latch on to it is honestly inspiring me even more!
And at the point you are at, you still have 2 more story chapters left and an Eplilogue. Depending on reading speed, you still have about 20+ hours of story content left

Looking at your save you've completed everything in the cave you were supposed to. You'll head there a few times but for now, you just need to Accuse the Doppleganger

I started today at the beginning of Perion and... fuck... tears were streaming down my face all day. It was constant.
I'm nearing the end? of the Perion part and the confrontation, right after Leonore's first time.
and I am scared of the end but god damn I'm rooting so hard for them. I want that future to come true so badly.

You still have all of Perion and Kerning City to enjoy. You're still looking at around 12-15 more hours of story and the current Kerning City Epilogue
And fixed. We'll make sure you can't teleport out by acciden again
