I can't risk getting banned on Patreon, sadly. I am already on Subscribestar, but it's not an alternative; I only have like 3% the number of subscribers of Patreon on there. Right now, there is no realistic alternatives.

You can try what some Dev's on patreon do where you type in the relationship and the game then runs accordingly.
I think having both a patreon and subscribestar accounts is just generally a good idea since some probable supporters might only be on one service and not the other. Also you should see this game through to how you initially envisioned/planned it and then after the game is done assess whether or not making a game with incest would be worth the risk of losing patreon.
