thats not how piracy works, you need a cracked game, or a original game and a crack, otherwise when you open the legal game it will open steam and tell you that you dont own the game

I second this too, could someone please upload the crash-free version? I'd really love to play this game, Cafe Maid was really fun (a bit grindy though, but no too much).
I have checked the logs and seems this version is missing something in the asset files which the game cannot find. The latest version will certainly fix the crashes.
I'm willing to apply the crack, but could someone please upload a working version of the game? I don't care if it's a steam or nutaku or whatever other legal version.

OK, so you just get to play the tutorial and then it crashes...and recrashes every time you open it.
I bought the thing and zipped it directly from Steam. No cracks or anything. Here's a link, in case it's useful to anyone:

This caused some (probably network related) issues for me. This is what I've done to resolve and make it work:
1. download and extract https://f95zone.to/masked/pixeldrai...q2e.DovJRMe7w2asF9RPVspHFLiQEdvEvABHxMDBkhscX
2. download and extract https://attachments.f95zone.to/2025/01/4528998_x86_64.7z to "Cosplay Heroes_Data\Plugins\x86_64", overwrite steam_api64.dll
3. start the game once (it freezes for me showing the "Loading" screen, the progress bar does not move, stays at 0%)
4. edit %APPDATA%\LocalLow\Woop\Cosplay Heroes\Unity\(some UUID)\Analytics\config (this is JSON file, use NotePad), replace all occurrences of "enabled":true to "enabled":false
5. after this game starts and progress bar does not freeze on the "Loading" screen
To give you lots of points to improve character attributes, edit %APPDATA%\LocalLow\Woop\Cosplay Heroes\CosplayHeroes_Save\offline\#GeneralProfileData.json and change "gem":X to "gem":1000000. To get points to improve your Brand, edit "Exponent" under "profit", set it to 20 or so. To get coins, edit #CoinProfileData.json (again, set "Exponent") when your company is already started.

1. Start game
2. Cancel tutorial (so that you can see the empty studio with a big "+" button at the center)
3. Exit game
4. Extract these files to %APPDATA%\LocalLow\Woop\Cosplay Heroes\CosplayHeroes_Save\offline (overwrite existing files)
5. Start the game, go to Office -> Gallery and enjoy! (thumbnails will be generated as you click)
Steps 1-3 only required if you haven't played the game yet, this is what creates the directory under %APPDATA%.
