There is an option in the settings to turn on nipples. There is also an option for rear plug-related activity.
But no pussy, no (although there are plugs and vibrators, but mostly it's left to imagination, at least without mods... currently).

The RPG elements are pretty fun,and while the content is definitely sexual in nature, it just doesn't 'feel' like a sex game. My first two characters were Mages - first Lightning until I found most of the 'armor' gave you the Conductive debuff, and the second I tried to make a Latex Slime-based binder using Edge mechanics and upgrades to have permanent Mana... but I couldn't really find any benefit to disabling an opponent over just eliminating them. As others said, the 'Collection' menu sounds like it'd be a great core mechanic, but it just doesn't serve any purpose at the moment.
My third and most successful character is a Melee-focused brute of a warrior that uses two-handed weapons, avoids most restraints with Battle Rhythm alongside a Dual Wield... Tower Shield... and breaks out of almost any Restraint with ease, though even fighting a battle against two factions at once with a 3rd faction from the Devotion Shrine quests rarely sees me suffer any restraints at all... I just have to pick up my armor and put it back on sometimes.
The more I've specced into that warrior character, the more I realized that I needed to keep my Willpower maxed out... which is definitely easy, but it means I'm avoiding all of the sexual mechanics in this otherwise 'sexual' game. If this game were just an RPG it'd be great, refreshing even, but right now the sexual parts feel superfluous and unnecessary. It's a really enjoyable game... just not for sexual reasons.

2 primary reasons and two minor:
Capturing enemies reduces your "submission" reputation and does not reduce your reputation with that faction. You'll occasionally find NPCs from "neutral" factions randomly deciding they want to attack you. Outright eliminating them is a real good way to turn the whole faction hostile whereas binding and then capturing them does not have the same effect.
One more minor reason is that there's certain pieces of armor/bindings you can obtain from goddess quests which recharge your mana pool whenever you capture enemies. Though you alluded to how this quickly becomes irrelevant as there is now passive mana pool regeneration. Another is that there's spells which can turn helpless enemies friendly and/or useful. "Conjure display stand," for example, restores 50 weapon charge for every defeated NPC you use it on at the cost of 10 mana while also turning them into convenient punching bags for other enemies.
I'll be honest. Every run I do is as the "trainee" class for fetish reasons. The two builds I've had the best success with:
-Slime
Starts out weak, but there's a ridiculous power spike once you can summon slimes as allies. They can do all the work for you so long as you've got mana to burn (note this was ridiculously broken even before renewable mana was introduced).
[Edit: it's definitely worth a mention that these slimes do not count towards your "max summons" cap. You can swarm the whole map with these things to clear dungeons with ease.]
-Metal
It's simply good tempo. "Conjure cuffs" into "Conjure chains" is a very solid combo that stays relevant even deep into a new game+. It's also where you get the "Conjure display stand" spell I mentioned earlier. I personally don't make much use of this, but metal also has the "Steel rain" spell which adds a toy to any enemy with any level of bondage. You can combine this with "CMD: vibrate" if you want to have a little fun.
I hope this little rant has given you some ideas for future runs.

I used water/ice/lighting spells to make some big AOE stuff, but my most successful build was a rope-witch.
Using the trap rope-spell and some other binding spells to just completely lock enemies down and either capture or stab them to death.
Hell, I took out some enemies that were giving me trouble by trapping a narrow corridor and then yelling for help to draw enemies in, it works like a charm.
The spellcasting system in this game is weirdly deep. I like it a lot.
I just wish there was more actual H-content.
Tying cute girls up and then not being able to do anything with them is just blueballing me.
As an aside, the Steel Rain spell is bizarrely powerful.
Launching metal dildos at people as a combat spell, surprisingly effective.
I took one look at the slime/latex/liquid-metal spells and was like "Oh yeah, there's stuff here."
You've got passives to let you hide while standign on slime, passives to become immune to slime debuffs yourself, spells to grow slime tiles, spells to convert slime into latex bindings, spell to convert latex into liquid metal.
There's a lot going on there.
Be nice if you could label the outfits in your outfit menu though, it's a pain going through them.

I haven't tried a rope build yet. But frankly it's, in part, because gaining spell points usually requires angering a goddess and I always just piss off the rope goddess until I have a working build as those are the easiest bindings to escape from.
[Technically in the metal tree but it's rare to find liquid latex on the ground without making it yourself]. "Silver burst," I think it's called is one of the most powerful spells in the whole game. Like I don't even know where some of these numbers are coming from. Description says it's only like 80 damage and 90 points of binding or something like that but I would use it and see binding numbers in the thousands. This is balanced, though, by just how much setup it requires.
You gotta cast "Slime ball" or whatever to put slime on the ground. Then you turn that slime into liquid latex. Then turn that liquid latex into liquid metal. And then you can cast the spell but even then it takes 3 turns to erupt. As satisfying as it is to use, it's just not viable under most circumstances.
One spell that I think does need to be nerfed into the ground is the fully upcasted "Fireball" spell.
Doing a quest for the rope goddess? Cast it and you've just one-shotted 5 rope krakens in a single turn.
Restoration? Some of these quests will face you up against a massive swarm of Cult of Bast/Wild NPC's. Toss a fireball in the middle of the room and watch half of them turn to dust immediately.
Same logic applies to basically any goddess quest. It's only kinda weak against bosses.
That one spell just trivializes the whole game.

The game was heavily inspired by Bondage Club. But it's very much become its own thing. If you stripped the lewdity from this game and made it into a "standard" action RPG roguelike, it would unironically be more successful on Steam than it is as a Patreon-funded porn game.

Yeah. I'm just saying it's an interesting deviation from the norm.
With very few exceptions, games on this site are pretty terrible as games and only have the popularity they do because they're porn. This is a solid game which would honestly be more popular if it wasn't porn. I'd be talking to people IRL about this game if I weren't self aware enough to know it's generally a bad idea to disclose your sexual deviancies in casual conversation.
As of 5.2.8b, rogue w/ perk which enables feet spells to be cast when slowed AND summoning 101 seems to be the safest bet.
Summoning spell school summons all require feet only and are permanent.
With maxed petsuit skill, you'll be running around like crazy even with extra feet bindings.
At later levels, Rogue's guerilla perk + some magical dagger is almost mandatory anyway - so you'll technically trade away some flexibility and accuracy for speed and aid from summons.
