MiliMeter I only played Cursed Blacksmith once and not for very long in one of it's early versions so take what I say with a pinch of salt of what I believe you need to know.
It's only female characters (and monsters/enchanted objects) and sexual attacks are rarely used when your not bound up/captured. Until you beat the game once you don't get an sort of homebase or a fair few features...however that first run to beat the game will nearly always be the hardest since your starting bare bones equipment, skills, spells and perks wise which all build up from your first run.
In your first run losing/captured or bad loot RNG (magic knife I personally feel is mandatory) can mean you are better off resetting rather than trying to continue if your build is not built for that. I believe some late game aiming builds aren't due to starting class specific stuff, also getting captured a few rooms into a new floor will mean you'll have to fight the rest of the floor without your equipment since you'll get (depending on settings) it back after beating it essentially. However that is how the game is intended to be played, you do multiple runs ending or restarting them when you get bored or feel like calling it quits.
There is no game over really but you can end up in situations where it's pretty hopeless depending on your settings which even on the easiest settings can prove challenging.
The only way you'll get anything sexually shown/text description other than nipples is via mods which there's an active community doing mods though a lot have died (So No Sex really...Nor is there any sexual animations)....but the character creation sharing is even more active. (Mods are really useful in making it so you can have two different character runs ongoing and save in the middle of an dungeon into different save slots)
Finally due to an Discord member called Snoop there's an massive tips and tricks channel that's highly recommended to be checked out in whatever fashion you desire. I have with their permission copied it over to this thread and have it linked in my Signature below which I try to update whenever I spot that Snoop has added/changed/removed something. (along with what version it was most likely directed at since they do not say themselves)
Hope that all helps.
