How do you actually make a decent photography? The instructions for the mechanics are just confusing, and I have no idea how to keep the focus while the bar fills up.

It's quite intuitive. Simply hold LMB to make the green circle wider. Choose one of these white lines to observe and try to keep the green circle from extending beyond the white line and from going below it by rhythmically holding the LMB. The longer you hold the greens in the position as in the photo, the better
