Joined her Patreon a few days ago, she's not answering any DMs/posting anything. Just saw that some other people talked about it in the community chat too. Maybe she's just inactive or maybe she got locked out of Patreon since she's Russian.

Kittew wasn't locked out of her Patreon because she's Russian. While during 2022 when she only released a few packs and she wasn't online that much that time due to Russia-Ukraine war that's still happening right now, there were a lot of factors to be taken into account. While being Russian is partially one of the reasons why she was sometimes inactive/offline that time, this wasn't the only reason why she was sometimes offline. There are other factors to be considered. In fact she even moved to another country that time.
Apparently sometimes she's experiencing what she called "creative slump" and she's very concerned about being inactive but she's trying not to be discouraged. She even had a post about that on her Patreon last year.
PS: Not to mention she took a break during the second half of 2022 after releasing her May 2022 Pack.

She has moved to Georgia (per the location on her ArtStation profile) in April 2022 (stated in an Instagram post of hers), so I highly doubt that's the case. Also, Patreon's said since the start they are not against supporting Russian creators, but due to sanctions are unable to make transactions to Russian banks, and subsequently in August 2022 the Russian Government themselves blocked Patreon anyway, rather than the other way around. Given that she's continued running the Patreon just fine for 3 years since she moved away, I think she's safe in that department.

Exactly. Besides some Russian NSFW artists such as Prywinko and Personalami are very active on social media such as Patreon and X for their NSFW art. Therefore it's the Russian Gov. problem, not Patreon.
PS: Prywinko had already left her home country(Russia) and moved to another country before the Russia-Ukraine war. I don't know about Personalami if he already left his home country.
