I played the Demo but Thanks. I can ignore the game now.Just finished steam version few days ago, art is gorgeous, story has it's moments, but there also few elements that can turn-off people who went for "Pure Love + Harem" promise.
First: Monster rape is unavoidable. Maya (the dancer) gets raped by tentacles and some humanoid shadows, Fluru (main opponent of Maya's dungeon, who orchestrated those scenes) also gets her share of monster gangbang. Developer justified those scenes by literally saying "it's okay, girl is a slut anyway". Probably needs revision of tags.
Second (and my personal turn-off): The whole way through the game MC is berated for being a virgin (or recently losing it). And he really does have a mindset of one. Which is annoying considering how it contrasts with his visual representation and how pretty much all girls around him are overly experienced. And though MC gets character growth, he never fully loses that mindset.
Also, on side note: this game takes place in same world as Circle RVA's first title that wasn't translated. The main premise of that game is focused on prostitution. Because apparently adventurers of royal capital can't make enough gold for daily needs, so all girls MC knows have to sell their bodies to support dungeon exploration. The story happens at the same time with "The Knight and the three servants(squires)", so you'll get some cameos of characters and events. The announced third game is the direct sequel to the first one, but now it's "Pure Love + Harem" where MC finally gets his own action and romances the same girls from first game.
P.S. Julia is the best girl.

I bought this game at the end of March, and this is the Steam clean file. However, I only played it a little and only realized today that it was still on my computer. The game hasn't received any updates, so this is the latest version. The 18+ patch is already applied.
And what other games you can name? It's just a question out of curiosity, nothing elseThe worst part about the game and this dev is not the mixed signals of their games where dev can't make up his mind what audience he is catering to, its not that his art isn't bad or anything, but its also not good enough to where I can't think of at least a few aicg games that are better, making an underwhelming game as a whole (in addition to the grind for said mediocre art/scenes, which are censored to boot).
Its definitely a game I wish I'd spent the time on another one in the backlog of game I've got instead. But I suppose I could say I got what I paid for (nothing). Didn't bother finishing and can't be bothered to, which is unusual for me giving a completed H-game a try. That's how underwhelming it was. There are countless other lewd/porn dungeon crawlers that are far better. This one falls short across the board in pretty much every aspect without being utter shit at the same time. Its one of those games where you can't absolutely rip on it, but can't really point out anything specific that is "good/great" to say about it either.
It wasn't so dogshit to where I felt compelled to play it through the end out of morbid curiosity and sunken time fallacy, it was just... "This sucks, I'm bored. Back to minecraft."![]()
Karryn's Prison is typically seen as one of the top games amongst similar sorts of games but won't be to everyone's taste. Its literally a matter of tag searching seeing what falls in and finding what fits your tastes. Most of the good ones are made by Japanese h-devs. It's a pretty hard task to totally goof up the formula like this game did to becoming a tedious slog. And what other games you can name?
