The script file has a bunch of "TODO" in it (including pregnancy), maybe it was rushed early or perhaps there may be future patches.

is this the full game or the demo from itch.io, Donny3 has a page for both on itch.io. if so then that explain why it seems unfinished, if not then we will just have to wait and see if they add anymore updates. although it's troublesome to see their Patreon page is under review.

I finished the game and it's... something?

The newest 'review' like the game but I finished it and there is a RPG mechanic from 1980's with 5-6 sex image -not included the Shop one. You see an enemy. Submit. See a 'sex' game over. That's all.
After killing the last boss with shit ton of potion that you can easily get from the Shop Guy with Couple of BJ's, you see that it's only 'Episode 1' and nothing else.
