Feyada has yet to make 1.21+ avalible on patreon or any of there other sites yet
updates 1.22-1.23 were all steam only fixes
1.24-1.25+ will be available non-steam once Feyada deems them mostly bug free
also the delay in it being on steam and it being available on patreon or other places is to incentivize buying steam version I think,

How do you use the cheat code, I don't get ask for password or anything? I enabled it, and clicking on the potion in main menu, but all it does is enable X Ray vision when I mouse over the girl on the screen.

you have to complete the Brunette's first quest(Q5) and at least have started the repayment quest for the redhead(Q7). For the redhead quest, you have to have gotten to Arachne before you can get it.
