I think this is the NR18 patchv by looking at the pics, it's not the full decensored version tho, you can find it on myabandonware , but dont ask me how to patch a DOS game as I have no idea

good god, that game looks ancient

Its from the mid 1990s. This is old and I remember the combat actually being challenging in this game. As in you have to upgrade your weapons, armor, etc in order to kill the monsters and get the girls. Your standard RPG thing

You either replace files or there is an executable that modifies them for you. Probably a file replacement for something of this vintage
