I think its bug free with steam release, TL overall is professional instead of Fan TL..

I accidentally deleted my copy and seems no one made a backup of it and I found the fan translation much better than the official Steam release. The patch fixed the bad word-wrapping and font, so I can understand why no one cared to keep a copy of it, but I thought it was worth having.

I thought a fan translator worked with publisher for steam release and that's why he removed the patch. Also, I looked for the 1.1 patch one or two years ago and couldn't find it.

No, they just removed it so people would support the official release and they may also have feared legal action may take place if they kept it up which a lot of fan translators do. The official release in my opinion reads a lot worse and none of the other translations the official publisher did for the developer's other VNs are that much better from what I have seen.
