Is it possible to max all girls Experiences right away ? (No virgin, full at everything)

No, this has been a major warning since day one, but DO NOT put one repack over the other or you could mess up your copy completely. ONLY use the Party Modpack with a copy of Party and ONLY use the full repack as its own. The ONLY exception is if he specifically told you to do it. Yes, he stopped updating the Party version and said to use ManlyMarco's pack from now on, but DO NOT add the RX7 repack or any other that comes after version 6 of the Party Modpack to your copy or it will mess up your game. Unless the HF patch has options for Party, I suggest staying away from it as well for the same reason.
Did you specifically set them to have one? They aren't applied automatically, you have to go to the second category in the female maker and add a penis under Uncensor Selector.
The subtitles? Those are machine translated in real time with a little being added from a server where people actually made the lines make sense, so if they aren't turning to English after a second or two, check your internet.
With 3D modeling and a bunch of tedious packing and unpacking of Unity files, yes.
The first time you have sex with a girl, she will ALWAYS be a virgin and will have no experience in any sex act. The closest you can get to not having her as a virgin is to give her a stretched hymen, which makes bleeding far less likely during the first encounter, but her dialogue will always refer to it being her first time as will any restriction like not being able to exit the H session because it is her first or not being able to do service until you've done a fondling position and not being able to penetrate her until you've done a service position. This information is not saved to the character cards, but to the game save itself. I don't know of any program that can touch the game save. EDIT: I forgot entirely about the cheat tools mod, which is already installed. You can set everyone to experienced there. It may not max everything, but it will get you closer.

Huh? Koikatu translations are coming from over the internet? I thought it was what fan translations were already with the repack and downloaded with it.
I don't know how I feel about the idea that my Koikatu game is communicating with a strange server without even telling me.
For the subtitles in H, yes. Once it translates, it does save it to a file I believe. Don't worry, the auto translator cannot send any information other than the lines being translated. That's what the mod was designed to do. Rule of thumb, if it appears in Japanese first, it is going to be translated in real time unless your internet is down.
Which mod does this, and if I turn it off will it affect anything other than the translations?
Is there anything else in the game or its mods that communicates over the internet?
Is there any ways I can download and update mods manually without using the updater from the game launcher?
The subtitles mod, look for subtitles 2.0 in the plugin settings, this only affects H subtitles. Also, there is an auto translator that handles the DLC content as well that is NOT part of the subtitle mod. I cannot point you to where to disable it because the only way to do that is to remove quite a few BepInEx files, which could mess up your copy completely. Like I said, these are completely safe, only the game text is being transmitted. Most of the game uses the Party translation that the developer put out on Steam and I do believe that is local, but the DLC content and any mods that use raw Japanese text were not translated.
Yeah, by finding them online one by one, KK Manager from the optional folders, or waiting for the next repack release to see if mods got an update for it. Those are the only ways other than the updater.
I know, but I'm a bit of a privacy nut. I don't really like the fact that my computer is broadcasting the fact that I'm playing a porn game to anyone, even if it's supposedly only a private server. Especially the fact that it didn't tell me.

It's not, it would take human eyes to tell what it came from. It basically just goes through a couple of conditions. If the text is English, it ignores it. If the text is Japanese, possibly any language that isn't English, and isn't in the files, it sends it to the Google Translate server a lot like how you can put in a URL into the box yourself to get a translated version of the page that exists at that URL, then retrieves it and replaces it in game. If the text has already been translated, it takes it from the translation files. That said, the only way to add the translation yourself is to copy a translation file into the folder it saves them to when the auto translator does it. Since it isn't pulling from game files, it will still take a second to translate, but less time than the initial translation and it won't fail if your internet does. It will still be using the mod and there is no way to actually disable the internet part only. No, I do not have said file, I'm working on something the subtitle mod and auto translator don't touch and haven't done an actual game for a while that had any text in Japanese. I've only gone as far as talking to the girls in school in this version of the repack. Also, the only way to totally avoid the mod would be to add the translation directly into the game, which is extremely tedious and would require unpacking the base game files, translating the untranslated content, you would not have the translation from the auto translator unless you figure out where it got saved and open that file, and then repacking everything. You could firewall the game, but you WILL have a lot of Japanese text.

Oh no, I did not mean to mix the versions of Repack, I meant to mix the Repack for Party with ManlyMarco's HF Pack.
When it said there to use the Japanese version it was clearly meaning of the game, as in stop using party and use the original Koikatsu. Not the repack.
The HF Pack says in it that it is set to work for both normal and Party, and I already used it in Party before you told me about the Party version of BR. Or do you mean because of the DLCs?
Ah, yes, the HF patch is said to be compatible, I've seen several people say they used it successfully on here. However, it is usually behind the repack in mod updates, so you could be downgrading mods to an earlier, and potentially buggy, version if you do install the HF patch on the repack. Using it on a copy of Party with the Party Modpack versions 6 or earlier, the one that is not being updated anymore, shouldn't be a problem. The repack is made using the original Japanese version of the game. When it says to use Japanese or Party, it means to use either a copy of the original Japanese release, just called Koikatsu, or the one that was released on Steam for English speakers, which Illusion called Koikatsu Party.
Hey guys. I just started playing and it seems all H-Positions are unlocked. Can i undo this? I want to somewhat experience a progression with the girls. Cheat Mod and the Unlocker in the plugins are disabled. Thanks in advance!
There sould be a plugin about cheats, forgot the name right now, one of its options is for those.
You may need to start a new game though? Not sure.
