That comes from an autosave mod.
There should be two folders inside once extracted, put those in the mods folder. To move the camera, you need to click and hold on the character while moving the mouse. POV is not in the game itself for sex, but there is a few mods that add it, not sure how they work since I don't use that function on any of them.
Find a website, download the card by right clicking and saving like any image, place the card in the Chara folder with the other cards, in the female folder for girls, in the male folder for boys.
Just tried it, sadly still not working. I really wonder what's going on then. Like, I have some of the 'Community Addition' characters but are the character cards for some of the Sideloader stuff not includeded? As I see MrDelgado's work in the Sideloader but no character cards from him.
The archive is corrupted, you'll need to redo the download of each part until it works.

Sounds like a character is outside the vanilla size range for the hands, not sure which. As for the dick, look for uncensor options in Uncensor Selector that are marked as "BP" for Better Penetration, they are made to combat this.
