I don't know what you think Locale Emulator does but it shouldn't mess anything up in the normal operation of your PC.

Really? Being unable to move your install folder is extremely normal. If you absolutely need to do it, you can just run the installer again and remove everything, then reinstall.

The only difference between this and a normal installation process is that you pick the folder before running the installer, instead of during.
