I mean to be fair his mom Ino pretty much bullied naruto in the original series, along with sakura so isn't all that far fetched, especially if he hangs out with people doing that.
True but in this case it seems like its Ino instead of temari considering shinkadai came downstairs from Ino's flower shop, which would be a weird thing to do unless she was his mom.
Though I haven't really watched boruto, only the movie, so could be wrong? Does he work for her in the show or something?

Inojin came down from the shop. Inojin is the blonde and the son of ino and sai. Shikadai is the son of shikamaru and temari. They were best friends with Boruto. Dev made them into bullies so it's easier to fuck their mothers ino and temari.
Really hope Eida comes as a transfer student or something. She has the best design in boruto.

i would think so. nobody is ponying up so it isnt looking promising that we will see v2 anytime soon. and the v1 was months before this one so idk.
