what change the game title? Its Patreon Policy ,No Incest allowed or will lead to Account Ban/restricted (althought he's actually adopted)

Honestly no, think about it, other games take months to release new updates, and this one only gets 1-2 months with considerably good content for that time.
Some game even may take 3-4 Month ,heck even 8 month longest i ever seen
