Yup. It's basically a VN made using RPGMaker. Not recommended for ppl who dislike VNs or ppl who expected RPG elements from a game tagged 'RPGM'.
There are a shit ton of Japanese games that have that, especially in the form of VNs but a good portion of them are NTR. What scenarios do you like?

Dirty ugly fuckers especially dude’s from the Slums is what what makes corruption games great. You see someone so beautiful fall down so low. Aside from scat and torture I’m cool with anything. Can’t watch anything crazy in real porn though. I’m pretty vanilla there but for anime it’s so much easier to handle.
Seeing ugly men fucking hot young girls makes me feel that justice is being done. It is as if after much suffering they finally attained a blessing.

Yeah, I know those. I even bought Makina in MangaGamer. I just want to know if there are hidden gems around here since the old man tag doesn't exist. And I'm lazy.....
Anything would be great. I'm a good follower of the genre when it comes to the VNs and doujinshis but RPGMs and the like, I didn't follow them before but now I do after Tiina and Makina because of monsters.

Also, the female is mistreated as a slut, or depicted in suffering. While showing a lack of emotionality and vulnerability in the male, which often lacks expression or even a face. This might have to do with some form of emotional abuse or shame, experienced by the male, now being projected into the female.
Generally, the mentality and psychological age of female characters does not correlate with the physical appearance of their bodies. It's like having woman whose mentality behaves more like a child, inside a mature body. Perhaps this games are meant to play into the lack of understanding of sexual relationships between adults, present in dysfunctional people.
I was asked to take a look into this kind of genre, by someone who was curious about this kind of material.
Also, try Ariadne The Incarnation. Amazing hentai game with the classic "innocent" baby-face looking heroine with the body of a pornstar, having sex with ugly men and other creatures. It's a great rpg on its own, and can be completed without playing the adult content.

Ariadne is the best hentai JRPG I've ever played. The hentai part is awesome and the gameplay is fun and challenging, without being too easy or too grindy.

It's decent enough but it really isn't a game, as others have said, it's more of an interactive VN. There wasn't enough build up to the sex scenes I feel
