I'm hesitant about trying this. Im not a fan of NTR myself but im also not anti-NTR that i wont play any VN with NTR routes. Power vacuum for example is one of my favourite Vn's. That has an NTR route but you can turn it off which is exactly what i do so i don't mind it in games as long as its avoidable/optional so its up to each individual player if they want it or not and i don't just mean not seen either because some devs even stick it in the background and think out of sight out of mind.

You were also very vague about how its going to play out as well, mentioning that a lot of characters don't have that kind of dialogue in the future. The problem with that is if it is in the game in the beginning whether its seen or just heard about then you've already got rid of half of your potential players even if its not in it down the road. You need to be clear about how the NTR will work. Is it avoidable (it doesn't happen) or skippable (it does happen but you just don't see it) that way there wont be anymore arguments about it in the thread. Just be clear and upfront to save everyone a lot of time.

One more thing....having your subscribers dictate how the game will play out is a sure way to ruin it. The problem is, you cant cater to everyone's tastes. I would say make the game how you want to and stick with it.

So, be clear about your intentions regarding NTR and make the game you want to make.

To be fair, that shit goes both ways.
A game I played back in the day nearly got cancelled entirely and had the dev completely remove a scene because a side-character that you can fuck like two or three times during the entire games cycle was shown giving a blowjob to someone before they had even met the MC.

Fragile ego's aren't exactly relegated to one side or another. Anecdotally speaking though I do see more people absolutely flip their proverbial shit over the mere possibility of sharing/NTR content, hell even showing characters having sex that's not even remotely related to the story or the MC can trigger these people.
