game wise, it is great and nostalgic to me, but i started having a weird issue, after modifying teh save file alot and even using the same one as the one provided by teh dev itself, now the game just crashes when i open the menu with "enter", weirdly, deleting the game with save file and extracting a fresh still crash the same, so maybe a file on the device itself left by the game is doing that, where can i find it and delete it?

A review makes mention of a spiritual successor that takes a lot from what this game does, does anyone know what game they're talking about?

anyone knows how to actually alter the game's save files ? I want to give myself an extra 10 levels/alot fo extra health to actually get trough it.

Game creates the save file in the same directory. Open it in notepad, and compare to your in-game stats, then modify the variables you want to change, and restart the game. Health is actually the top-most variable, so it's easiest to change; note that hazards, like spikes, scales with your max health, you it will only help with enemies, which, outside of bosses, are rarely what actually gets you killed.

Be careful, some numbers are responsible for event flags, like clearing the bosses (you get new ammo type for each non-final boss); you may want to backup your save so you can experiment.

I remember seeing posts about a potential remaster of this, or an update of some sort. I guess nothing ever came of it because of Kyrieru's poor health & lack of focus.

his twitter was deleted and even that was inactive , I'm pretty sure the man is dead unfortunately .
