1. When you get pregnant and give birth you will be able to produce milk.
2. Nipple ring is incomplete content as of now but its like a 2 set piece with the collar
3. talk to the other sister at the seconf heart lantern
4, related to 2, its part of a set thing that isnt fully implemented(I think), the collar seals your mana and makes using the magic skill impossible, you also cant regen your clothes.
5, not too sure what you mean but you have to talk to the alchemist and go back to a previous room, the door to alchemy lab is at the bottom.
